Account information: username, email address, password hash, verification status, age-confirmation status, and account settings.
Conversation and character data: chat messages, session history, memories, character cards, character settings, public/private visibility settings, feedback, and related metadata.
Generated media and device data: image prompts, generated-image records, TTS settings, haptic preferences, haptic scripts, device connection status, and related usage records when you use those features.
Billing and usage data: Patreon account link, subscription tier, credits, credit transactions, GPU usage, hosted-provider token usage, and service limits.
Discord integration data: Discord account links, user IDs, server or channel IDs, linked characters, Discord conversation messages, and trial usage when you use the Discord features.
Technical data: authentication cookies, request metadata, error logs, rate-limit data, and security or abuse-prevention records.
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Vexoria supports different AI routing modes. Your choice affects where conversation text is sent for generation.
Some private GPU infrastructure may still run on third-party compute providers such as RunPod. Hosted providers process submitted prompts and responses under their own policies.
Training-data collection is disabled by default. If you opt in, Vexoria may store selected prompt and response examples, quality metadata, model information, session references, and character references for review and model-improvement workflows.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. We send the data needed to provide the feature you choose, such as prompts to an AI provider, Discord message content to the Discord integration, or haptic script data to Handy hosting.
If you make a character, image, profile element, or other content public, other users may view, use, favorite, copy, export, or interact with it through the service. Public content may be indexed, ranked, featured, moderated, or removed according to our Terms of Service.
Chat history, characters, generated media records, preferences, and integration records are kept while your account is active unless you delete them or delete your account. You can export your data and delete your account from your profile.
Some records may be retained after account deletion where needed for billing, security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, legal compliance, backups, or service integrity. Where practical, retained records are de-identified or disconnected from your account.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, export, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data. California, EEA, UK, and other privacy laws may provide additional rights.
You can use profile tools for export and deletion, or contact us for privacy requests.
We use reasonable safeguards such as HTTPS, password hashing, HTTP-only cookies, access controls, rate limiting, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session security. We do not use advertising cookies.
Vexoria is for adults only and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that a minor created an account, we will delete the account and associated personal data where required.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email, in-product notice, or another reasonable method.
