By creating an account or using Vexoria, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Vexoria is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using Vexoria, you confirm that you are at least 18. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we believe violate this requirement.
You are responsible for your account, password, linked integrations, public posts, characters, conversations, and activity through the service. Do not share your account or use another person's account without permission.
You agree not to use Vexoria to create, request, publish, distribute, or promote content or conduct that:
Adult fictional content may be allowed where lawful and properly gated, but it must follow these Terms and any posted service rules.
You keep ownership of the content you create, upload, or submit to Vexoria, including your characters, character cards, prompts, conversations, images, profile content, and feedback, to the extent you have rights in that content and ownership is permitted by law.
Character creators own their characters. Users own their conversations. Making content public does not transfer ownership to Vexoria.
AI-generated content can raise unsettled ownership questions and may resemble content generated for other users. Vexoria does not guarantee that AI output is unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party claims.
When you submit content to Vexoria, you grant Vexoria a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, format, transmit, and create technical derivatives of that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.
For private conversations and private characters, this license is limited to operating Vexoria, providing requested features, debugging, safety, compliance, and backup or security needs.
For content you make public, you also grant Vexoria permission to publish, display, rank, feature, promote, excerpt, thumbnail, moderate, remove, and otherwise make that content available through Vexoria and Vexoria-related listings or promotional surfaces. This public-content license ends when you delete the content or make it private, except for reasonable backup, archival, moderation, legal, or already-shared copies.
Public content remains yours, but Vexoria has editorial and operational control over how public content appears on the service. We may review, reject, reclassify, age-gate, hide, remove, downrank, feature, or edit presentation metadata for public characters, images, profiles, listings, and other public content.
We may take these actions for safety, quality, legality, platform rules, user trust, discoverability, abuse prevention, or service integrity. We are not required to host, promote, or keep public any specific user content.
Vexoria uses AI systems and third-party providers to generate conversational, media, and related content. You understand that:
If you opt in to training-data collection, your conversations and related examples may be used to improve AI behavior, evaluate quality, and build training datasets. This is optional and can be disabled in your profile settings. Disabling it stops future collection, but it may not remove examples already reviewed, exported, or used before your opt-out.
Vexoria may integrate with third-party services such as Patreon, Discord, OpenRouter, RunPod, and Handy-compatible device systems. Your use of those integrations may also be governed by the third party's terms and privacy policy.
You are responsible for using connected-device features safely, consensually, and in accordance with all device instructions and applicable laws. Stop using any connected-device feature immediately if it becomes unsafe or uncomfortable.
Payment and membership processing is handled through Patreon. Credits, private GPU priority, hosted-provider fallback, and supporter features may depend on your subscription tier, usage caps, provider availability, and service configuration.
Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may adjust credit grants, limits, pricing, tiers, or feature access going forward.
We may modify, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue any part of Vexoria at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes when practical.
We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, restrict features, or block access for violations of these Terms, safety concerns, legal risk, abuse, nonpayment, or service integrity. You may delete your account through your profile settings.
Vexoria is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted service, specific model behavior, specific response quality, data availability, or compatibility with every device, provider, browser, or integration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexoria is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, provider outages, generated content, or third-party services arising from your use of Vexoria.
